Mark Wilson, a recent graduate from the culinary arts program, shares his story below.
Working as a Personal Chef, I have received a certificate and diploma in this field. But I felt I was still missing something, over the years, I have been considering going back to school for more training, but just could not find the time because of my work schedule. Continuing my search I found Escoffier International Culinary Academy. After talking with Josh Meyer more about the program and learning the history of Auguste Escoffier, I knew this was a perfect course for me.
