World-Class Culinary Education
Our nation is facing a serious chef shortage. Many traditional culinary education and training programs do not serve the needs of today’s students or produce graduates that meet the needs of employers.
Triumph Higher Education is helping to meet this demand for culinary skills through its two culinary schools under the brand name of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts located in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado. Both schools offer training for professional chefs with a focus on the latest skills and methods as well as a solid foundation in business and soft skills that help ensure success and the ability to work within a team environment.
Keeping with our country’s culinary trends, both schools’ curriculum include farm to table experiences as well as industry externships. Our students go behind the scenes to meet chefs, farmers, vintners, producers, and purveyors who practice localism, seasonality, and sustainable practices.
Triumph launched the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts brand in conjunction with the Auguste Escoffier Foundation and Museum and Michel Escoffier, who is the foundation’s president and grandson of Auguste Escoffier. Our schools under this brand offer demanding, accelerated programs focused exclusively on classical culinary training.
Auguste Escoffier, the father of modern cookery, also known as “King of Chefs, Chef of Kings,” is a legendary figure among professional chefs everywhere. Triumph’s culinary schools are proud to offer programs worthy of the world-renowned Escoffier name.
Online Culinary Education
Triumph Higher Education is helping to meet the growing demand for online education. We’ve successfully launched fully online diploma and or degree programs in culinary and pastry arts, wellness and hospitality arts and operations that include hands-on industry externships. Escoffier is the only U.S. accredited institution offering 100% online degrees with culinary classes and hands-on industry externships.1
Our online programs are well suited for adult learners who want to change careers or for those already in the industry who want to advance at a more rapid pace. We are also partnering with food service, restaurants and hospitality organizations to offer our programs to employees to increase skill levels as well as retention. This “apprenticeship reimagined” is gaining traction and excitement within the industry as we continue to provide solutions to address recruitment and long-term employee value.
