Triumph Higher Education Group is headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. Jack Larson, the founder and former CEO and President of Career Education Corporation, is the founder and Executive Chairman of Triumph. Tracy Lorenz, CPA, is the President and CEO for Triumph Higher Education Group. The primary areas of academic focus at Triumph are culinary and pastry arts education delivered on-ground as well as online. Triumph’s educational disciplines address key educational needs for the nation and the world.
Currently, Triumph has two schools that specialize in culinary and pastry arts education. They are under the brand name of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and are located in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado. Triumph also offers revolutionary professional online culinary and pastry education through its Boulder campus, perfectly designed for adult career changers or those already in the industry with the goal of advancing their careers.
The Triumph system will expand by adding professional programs as well as other industry services that require investment and innovation in order to prosper. Triumph will provide capital, expertise, technology, and leadership resources to the entities that join the Triumph system.
