World-Class Culinary Education

Culinary EducationMore and more people prefer the convenience of having others do the cooking. As a result, the demand for professional chefs is increasing both in the United States and internationally. In addition, when cooking for themselves at home, more and more people want to display the skills and techniques of a trained home chef.

Triumph Higher Education is helping to meet this demand for culinary skills through its two culinary schools under the brand name of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts located in Austin, Texas and Boulder, Colorado. Both schools offer training for professional chefs; the Boulder school also offers training for home chefs.

Keeping with our country’s culinary trends, both schools’ curriculum includes an off-site Farm To Table® Externship that is unique in the world of culinary arts. Our students go behind the scenes to meet chefs, farmers, vintners, producers, and purveyors who practice localism, seasonality, and sustainability.

Our two campuses are also the only schools in the U.S. to receive the coveted WACS Recognition of Quality Culinary Education award from the World Association of Chefs Societies. Read the press release.

Triumph launched the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts brand in conjunction with the Auguste Escoffier Foundation and Museum and Michel Escoffier, who is the foundation’s president and grandson of Auguste Escoffier. Our schools under this brand offer demanding, accelerated programs focused exclusively on classical culinary training.

Auguste Escoffier, the father of modern cookery, also known as “King of Chefs, Chef of Kings,” is a legendary figure among professional chefs everywhere. Triumph’s culinary schools are proud to offer programs worthy of the world-renowned Escoffier name.
